With the severe lack of jailbreaks just recently, iOS users could be forgiven for wanting to find an alternative solution. While Cydia [ext link] is a hard act to follow, there are some app installers that provide something of what we are missing but by far the best, the most comprehensive, is a third-party app store called FtOS.

FtOS is full of useful content, plenty of utility apps, games, premium apps for free, tweaks and modifications, much of what we would once have had to install Cydia to get only this time, there is no need to jailbreak first. FtOS is fully compatible with iOS 10 and iOS 11 and all iOS devices that can run these. However, while most of you will find that FtOS is everything you want, others won’t.
If you are unhappy with FtOS or can’t get on with it, deleting it is easy. And, if you have a problem with FtOS that you just can solve in any other way, often the best solution is to delete and then reinstall and, for that, you can use the instructions lined near the end of the post.
How to Delete FtOS :
Deleting FtOS is a very simple thing to do and requires no technical knowledge, nor do you need to access any file systems on your iPhone or iPad. Simply follow the easy instructions below and FtOS will be deleted from your device:
